Our Company History
Axxcess Insurance was founded in 1977 by David Williams in Tonawanda, New York. The agency offered life insurance at first, and they ventured into the auto insurance business shortly after. In 1993, he expanded the business to the Northtown Mall next to the Department of Motor Vehicles. In 2004, with the help of his children as a family-operated business, the agency made the move to a stand-alone building at 4550 Bailey Avenue in Amherst, New York, where the business is located today.
David's daughter, Callitia Williams-Domzalski, is now the president of the company. Along with her team, she is working hard to build a new group of clients and retain the relationships with their longtime customers.
